We're searching for an experienced Chef to join our high-volume operation, where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in preparing quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen with consistency and care. - A passion for preparing and presenting quality food within a busy creek side cafe

- Uphold food safety standards
- Have a high standard of personal presentation and communication skills
- Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to work multiple sections – grill, pans, fryer, larder
Essential Requirements:
- Related qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
- Proven experience as a Chef for a minimum of two years
- Flexibility of hours to work a variety of shifts across a seven day roster
- Be reliable and punctual
