Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules like:
- - ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows
- Lead end-to-end platform development, including:
- - Business rules, client scripts, Script Includes
- Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal

- Develop and manage integrations:
- - REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub

- Work on CMDB & CSDM data model implementation
- Participate in architecture design discussions
- Optimize platform performance and ensure best practices (ITIL aligned)
- Guide junior developers and perform code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects

‍ Required Skills & Experience

✅ Experience

- 10–15 years in IT




- 6–10 years in ServiceNow development

✅ Core Technical Skills

- Robust JavaScript (server-side & client-side)
- ServiceNow platform expertise:
- - ITSM (must-have)
- ITOM / Discovery (preferred)
- HRSD / CSM (optional but valued)

- Hands-on experience with:
- - Flow Designer / Workflows
- UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications
- Service Catalog development

- Integration experience:
- - REST, SOAP APIs
- Third-party tools (Azure, SAP, etc.)
