Gardener (General)

S.L LANDSCAPING PTY LTD is now looking for a full time Gardener (General) (at least 38 hours per week) to join the team.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Design and condition cultivation plots, enriching soil and optimizing drainage to support healthy plant development.

- Seed, transplant, and establish a variety of ornamental and structural vegetation, including shrubs, climbers, perennials, and seasonal blooms.

- Grade and level ground surfaces, apply soil amendments, and install sod or sow grass seed to create new green spaces.

- Care for landscaped environments through routine edging, irrigation management, nutrient application, and systematic turf cutting.

- Shape and manage plant growth by selective cutting, staking young specimens, and fitting guards to shield against weather and wildlife damage.





- Apply eco-friendly treatments and protective solutions to manage pests, fungi, and other plant health threats.

Requirement:

· Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.

· Positive organizational skills

· Strong communication skills

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
