Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do

- Lead daily retail and food operations while supporting a positive, high-performing team culture
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by coaching, motivating and leading your team from the front
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance
- Manage changing priorities, support stock control and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly




- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve operational goals and continuously improve performance

About You

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within hospitality, retail, food & beverage or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, support and develop others
- Confident making decisions, solving problems and remaining organised under pressure
- Availability to work flexible rosters across Monday to Sunday, with a current Driver's Licence
- Solid computer skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
