The Opportunity

We are looking for Full, Part-time and Casual Personal Care Workers/ Assistants in Nursing who are committed to the care of our residents and who have the ability to build robust empathic relationships. You will be responsible for the delivery of safe, exceptional quality services that are focused on the health and well-being.

About You

At Mark Moran Group, we want you to be yourself, to bring your passion and energy to the workplace and to enjoy every day. You will also need to demonstrate:

- Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in Aged Care
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Commitment to the aged
