Key competencies (role specific criteria) You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated high-level knowledge of up to date standards for genetic testing of patients including laboratory standards (e.g NPAAC requirements) Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to maintain internal and external relationships Experience leading, managing and working well within a team structure Experience working with clinical pathology services would be an advantage Qualifications, registrations and other requirements Appointment to this position requires at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Genetic Counselling (i.e. Graduate Diploma/Masters Genetic Counselling OR HGSA Part 1 certification) Please detail any visa conditions you may have if you are not a permanent resident of Australia.
