About Cultivate

Cultivate is set to expand into a whole wellness facility under one roof. Across four levels, our members and clients will move between training in the gym to Allied health, IVs and Aesthetics to Recovery therapies including saunas, ice baths and Hyperbaric Oxygen to Pilates & movement; all designed to complement each other offering our valued clients a wellness service like no other. We are looking for a warm, organised, detail driven Front of House Coordinator to be the first face people see and the calm, capable hub that keeps every level running smoothly.

What's under our roof:

- Ground Level — Gym: Reception & strength and conditioning group training + open gym
- Level 1 — Clinic: Allied health services, IVs and aesthetics
- Level 2 — Recovery: Sauna, ice baths, Normatec compression Boots, Cryotherapy and HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
- Level 3 — Studio Level: Mat and Reformer Pilates studios & Content Studio

The Role

As our Front of House Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of Cultivate, the person who makes every visit feel easy, welcoming, and well looked after. You will manage the front desk across our services, working closely with our managers to keep bookings, payments, and client care running like clockwork.

Day to day, you will:

- Greet members, patients, and visitors as they arrive, setting the tone for their whole visit




- Manage bookings and scheduling across the space,
- Take payments and manage point of sale transactions
- Answer phone, email, and in person enquiries with warmth and accuracy
- Follow up on leads and enquiries
- Client experience coordination -lead generation, lead management and client retention.
- Managing intake forms and notes where required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front of house space
- Assist with general admin and support the wider Cultivate team as needed

About You

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front-of-house (health, fitness, or clinic settings highly regarded)
- Previous experience in Membership sales is desirable
- Naturally warm, professional, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple bookings and priorities at once
- Confident with booking software and point of sale systems (training provided)
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellbeing.
