Lenard’s Redlynch is a locally owned store specialising in fresh, hand-made chicken products. We are seeking a reliable Production Team Member to join our production team
About the role:
This is a hands-on production role preparing fresh chicken products to Lenard’s quality standards, including, trimming, and assembling a range of ready-to-cook meals.
Key duties include:
- preparing chicken using knives and equipment
- Producing chicken products to set recipes and quality standards
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Stock handling and rotation
- Working as part of a rapid-paced production team
Skills & experience required:
- Previous knife skills or meat/chicken processing experience preferred
- Experience in food production, butchery, or commercial kitchens desirable
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Willingness to follow food safety and workplace procedures
