Job Description:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Kids Indoor Playground and Cafe Venue. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for children, while ensuring excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the venue staff, including play area attendants, cafe staff, and party hosts.
- Assisting with training and onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitoring the play areas and cafe to ensure they are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assisting with customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all visitors.
- Managing inventory, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assisting with planning and hosting special events, parties, and promotions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required.




- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- A passion for working with children, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for their development and enjoyment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to children's play areas.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
