We're looking for confident, well-presented Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium luxury brand across Melbourne's most prestigious locations.

This is more than a typical promotions role. You'll become the face of a high-end brand, engaging with people in premium environments while working alongside a supportive and skilled team.

Whether your background is in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, events, hospitality, aviation, customer service or modelling, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As one of our Brand Ambassadors, you'll represent our luxury brand at premium shopping precincts, display suites, exclusive events and high-foot-traffic locations throughout Melbourne.

Your role is to create memorable first impressions by confidently engaging with members of the public, introducing our brand and connecting interested clients with our experienced consultants.

No high-pressure sales are involved. Your focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Represent a premium luxury brand with professionalism and confidence.
- Welcome and engage with potential clients.
- Build genuine rapport through friendly conversation.
- Introduce people to our products and services.
- Collect customer enquiries from interested clients.
- Maintain an elegant and professional brand image.
- Work both independently and within a supportive team.
