STATE OPERATIONS MANAGER – HOUSEKEEPING
A senior leadership opportunity is available for an experienced State Operations Manager – Housekeeping to oversee multi‑site operations across Perth. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader who can drive service excellence, strengthen client relationships, and support the growth of our WA portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage housekeeping operations across multiple Perth sites, ensuring consistent service delivery
- Build, maintain, and enhance strong client relationships
- Ensure all contractual KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are met or exceeded
- Lead, mentor, and support site supervisors and operational teams, including hands‑on management when required
- Manage rostering, staffing levels, recruitment, and performance management
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, and growth
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to marketing and expansion strategies
About You
- Proven experience in operations management within housekeeping or a similar service‑based industry
- Strong leadership capability with demonstrated success managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client management skills
- Minimum 5 years’ Australian experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 5‑star hotel workplace
- Ability to manage multiple sites, competing priorities, and fast‑paced operational demands
- Results‑driven mindset with a commitment to service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to travel interstate as required
