We are currently recruiting a skills & experienced Cooks to join our team. Successful applicant must be committed to our kitchen team on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Developing new and creative recipes
- Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine is a must.
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen staff and assist as needed.
- Menu design and cost control
- Preparation the stock, soup and sauces.
- Preparation and cooking foods.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Stock control and Stock Rotation.
- Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

The position Requires:





The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a busy restaurant will be highly preferred.
- Have a right to work in Australia
- Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be a team player with good communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient
