We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking, “Epoxy Painters” to join our clients precast concrete manufacturing team based in Emu Plains.

This precast facility is part of Sydney’s Western Harbour Tunnel project - one of the city’s most significant infrastructure projects, connecting the Rozelle Interchange to the Warringah Freeway via a crossing under Sydney Harbour.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying epoxy coatings to precast concrete products, including segments and culverts, ensuring all finishes meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Surface preparation of precast concrete elements prior to coating
- Mixing and applying epoxy coatings to segments, culverts, and other precast products
- Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintaining painting equipment and work areas
- Following safe work procedures and site safety requirements
- Working collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience with epoxy painting, industrial coatings, spray painting, or similar applications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Whitecard
