We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in the Townsville region. This role offers a fixed roster with established clients, providing consistency and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive difference in people's lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and within the community. Duties may include:

- Personal care assistance
- In-home care and domestic support
- Community access and social outings
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Supporting clients to achieve their individual goals
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid Certificate




- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
