Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa).

What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

This is a temporary position with possibility of ongoing employment.

About You
You are a compassionate and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a strong commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care. Drawing on sound clinical knowledge and experience, you are adept at assessing patient needs, identifying risks, and applying effective clinical problem-solving skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You communicate confidently and professionally with patients, families and healthcare professionals, using strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, supported by proficiency in clinical information systems and technology.



Your ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams enables you to effectively plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care while maintaining a focus on quality and patient-centred outcomes. Flexible and dependable, you thrive in demanding healthcare environments and are committed to providing high-quality care across a seven-day rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, public holidays and on-call responsibilities.
