The Role
We are currently recruiting experienced ICU and Cardiac Registered Nurses for casual agency shifts across our hospital partners.
You will work within fast-paced acute care environments, delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients requiring intensive or specialised cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care in ICU and cardiac settings
- Monitor and assess complex patient conditions
- Manage patients requiring advanced cardiac and haemodynamic monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Respond effectively in emergency and deteriorating patient situations
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' recent experience in an Australian ICU, CCU, Cardiac Ward, or Critical Care environment
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Demonstrated competency in caring for high-acuity patients
- Current immunisations in line with NSW Health requirements
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Australian work rights
Desirable Experience
- ICU, HDU, CCU, or Cardiothoracic experience
- Ventilator management experience
- Haemodynamic monitoring
- Post-operative cardiac care
- ALS certification
- Experience with vasoactive medications
