We specialise in outbound nurture, database re-engagement, and appointment setting for sales-driven businesses. Our team operates from our South Yarra office and focuses on high-quality conversations, professionalism, and measurable results.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and reliable Appointment Setter to join our South Yarra office on a casual basis.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for our clients and internal sales team.

This role is 100% in-office and suited to someone who enjoys phone-based work, clear targets, and a structured sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Qualify interest and identify decision-makers
- Book appointments and meetings
- Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM
- Follow scripts while sounding natural and skilled
- Meet daily and weekly activity and booking targets





What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous call centre, sales, or appointment setting experience preferred (not essential)

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 28.0 per week
