We are seeking applications from career focused food and beverage professionals dedicated to providing our Restaurant and Functions guests with a quality dining experience and superior service. This will be achieved by being engaging and providing a personal, attentive service to our guests in a professional, polite and courteous manner.

Food and Beverage Attendants meet, greet and seat guests warmly, take orders accurately, prepare beverages and serve food and beverage to guests in a timely manner, prepare guest accounts and accept payment. They also take bookings, understand and explain menu content and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new diners.

To be successful in this position you will:





- Be customer service focused with a desire to exceed our guests expectations
- Have previous food and beverage experience preferably in a Resort or Restaurant environment
- Be well presented with high level grooming and presentation standards
- Be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with a diverse range of guests
- Have a current NSW RSA Certificate
- Be a team player with the ability to maintain a harmonious, positive and productive working workplace
- Be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Have your own reliable transport
