About Rally

Rally is an NDIS service built around two disciplines done well: Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. We wrap a connected team around each participant and keep everyone on the same page through our own platform for video, notes and admin. How you deliver is up to you — by telehealth, in person, or a mix. We've launched and are growing to support participants across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

We've launched and we're onboarding participants now, so it's a good time to join and help shape how the service runs as we grow.

The role

This is your own caseload across all ages, working on communication — language, speech, AAC and social communication — with participants and families, online or in person.

Day to day

- Run assessments and agree communication goals with participants and families, online or in person

- Deliver therapy across language, speech sound, AAC and social communication

- Produce transparent, useful progress and outcome reports

- Share records and handovers with our OTs so care stays connected

You'll need

- A recognised speech pathology qualification

- Eligibility for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP or working toward) — new grads welcome

- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete them)

- A Working With Children Check, national police check, professional indemnity insurance, and an ABN

- Comfortable delivering therapy by telehealth or in person
