Synergie is seeking Construction Labourers to join our State and Local Government clients across the Sunshine Coast.

Synergie has multiple opportunities available for motivated Construction Labourers to support a variety of road maintenance, civil construction, and parks and gardens projects throughout the Sunshine Coast region. If you're looking for ongoing work with reputable government clients and enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you.

The important parts:

- Monday to Friday roster with full time hours
- Competitive hourly rates plus applicable penalties
- Multiple positions available with immediate starts
- Ongoing opportunities with State and Local Government clients

What you will be required to do:

Working across a range of outdoor construction and maintenance projects, duties may include:

- General civil and construction labouring
- Road maintenance including pothole repairs, signage and traffic-related works
- Parks and gardens maintenance including mowing, brush cutting and landscaping support
- Manual handling, site clean-up and use of hand and power tools
- Assisting plant operators and construction crews as required

To be successful in the role you will:

- Hold a current White Card
- Hold a current minimum C Class Driver Licence / LR
- MR Truck Licence highly advantageous




- Certificate II in Horticulture or relevant experience.
- Previous experience in construction, civil, road maintenance or parks and gardens
- Chainsaw and other mechanical and handheld gardening equipment licences (e.g. Ride-On Mower).
- Have working rights in Australia
- Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to work
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
