We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our casual relief pool across Western Sydney.

This role is ideal for experienced support workers seeking flexible work opportunities. Successful applicants will be added to our team of casual support workers and contacted when shifts become available to cover staff leave, client needs, and additional support requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist clients with mobility, community participation, and independence
- Support clients with mental health and wellbeing
- Follow individual care plans and client goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience supporting clients with mental health challenges (desirable)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, roadworthy, and fully insured vehicle




- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Infection Control Certificate
