We are looking for a Senior Property Manager who has a positive attitude and a strong focus on delivering a fantastic Customer Experience to join our property management team .

If you are looking for a new role in a small team, looking after a very well managed , small portfolio based in Mountain Creek with no weekend work ,this one is for you !

Main duties this role will cover are :

- Trust accounting , reconciliation and disbursements
- Routine Inspections
- Entry and Exit Inspections
- Current business
- Leasing inspections
- Landlord liason
- General administration
- QCAT attendance when required

Only applicants that can show the following will be considered:

- Current Real Estate certificate of registration
- Current QLD Drivers License
- Minimum 5 years experience in property management

Other requirements :

- Trust Accounting experience an advantage
- Experience using Property Me software an advantage
- Experience with Google Suite products an advantage




- Experience using Inspection Express an advantage

Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills ,the ability to manage your time to perform your role in deadlines required and to problem solve.

- Property management: 3 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:
