We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in a predominantly road-based role, providing onsite maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and technical support across a diverse range of customer equipment, with a strong focus on light vehicles .

Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs on light vehicles and a range of customer equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
- Respond to breakdowns and provide effective onsite support to minimise customer downtime.
- Complete inspections, major services, component replacements and compliance checks.
- Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records and fault-finding documentation.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship while ensuring all work complies with company and manufacturer requirements.

Your Profile





- Trade qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.
- Strong experience servicing and repairing light vehicles .
- Proven diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule in a field service environment.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
Current and valid driver's licence.
