We are currently seeking Steelfixers for a busy precast manufacturing facility in Dandenong South! If you are seeking reliable work with lots of hours close to home, this job could be right for you!

About the job:

- Steelfixing duties, assembling steel frames and cages for precast pit, pipe, and panel production
- Steel tying and placement for various jobs
- Inserting steel cage systems into formwork ready for pouring
- Assisting with pouring and production duties when required
- Use of tying guns and various other hand and power tools
- Reading off plans and drawings to create rebar cage products
- Co-ordinating with formworkers, labourers, production staff and management

About you:

- Available Monday to Friday
- Previous steel fixing experience
- Previous experience in a precast environment is heavily considered
- Able to work solo and as part of a team
- Full Australian working rights
