We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and someone who would like to have a career in International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage.The right person for this role must have meticulous attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and have a passion to provide a high quality level of customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities for this role include and not limited to:
- Working alongside the Key Account Managers to support client retention
- Updating information for customers shipments
- Updating our Enterprise operating system, Cargowise with correct and timely information
- Monitoring group mailboxes
- Checking job registrations
- Uplaoding documents to client portals
- Checking shipment dashboard to confirm status of shipments
- Distributing documentation as required
- Facilitate release of shipments
- Escalate any issues to the Key Account Managers
- Attend training courses as requested
