About the Role
Active Aluminium Windows is looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our commercial and residential business across Melbourne's Southeast. If you love winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and being rewarded for what you sell, this one's for you. You'll take customers from first enquiry through to order, backed by a quality local manufacturer with more than 10 years behind it.

What You'll Do

- Win new business and grow relationships with builders, developers, architects, and homeowners
- Chase down leads, quote, negotiate, and close
- Match customers with the right aluminium window and door solutions
- Work with our estimating team to turn quotes around fast
- Hit and beat your sales targets

What You'll Bring

- Sales experience, ideally in aluminium windows and doors or building products
- A track record of hitting targets and building strong relationships
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read basic drawings and specifications (a plus)
- CRM familiarity; exposure to Logikal a bonus
- Current Australian driver's licence
