The Role

Responsibilities

- Own and participate in end-to-end feature testing; design test strategy, test plan and test cases
- Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts
- Be in charge of defining, coding and organising regression test suites
- Identify, reproduce and triage defects
- Continuously re-assess test coverage based on feedback from developers, product owners and internal/external customers
- Escalate any schedule risks as needed

Requirements

- B.S., B.A. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years experience in software and/or program testing.
- Demonstrated ability to create or extend test automation frameworks
- Proficient in the use of test management software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio




- Strong familiarity with bug tracking and logging practices and systems (e.g. VSTS, JIRRA etc.)
- Experience / Familiarity with automated testing tools and technologies, including (but not limited to) Selenium (e.g. Selenium, jUnit, etc.) a big plus
- Working knowledge of software versioning and release practices and tools (e.g. Git, Bamboo, Subversion etc.)
- Able to prioritize and multitask in a quick paced agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A quality mindset and passion for test!
