What You'll Learn

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll receive hands-on training in all aspects of commercial HVAC duct fabrication, including:

- Manufacture and assemble HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
- Measure, mark, cut, fold, rivet and fabricate sheet metal components
- Operate sheet metal machinery, hand tools and power tools safely
- Read and interpret workshop drawings and fabrication plans
- Assemble ductwork to Australian industry standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure workshop environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Develop the skills required to become a qualified Sheet Metal Worker

What We're Looking For

- Open to junior and mature-age apprentices (18 years and above)
- Genuine interest in learning a skilled trade




- Mechanically minded with good practical skills
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
- Able to work well in a team
- Driver's licence and reliable transport are advantageous but not essential
