Rossie Banh Mi is a fast-paced, high-energy Banh Mi cafe in the heart of Hawthorn. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, high-quality traditional Vietnamese banh mi with exceptional customer service. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and efficient All-Rounders to join our permanent team.

The Role:

As a Sandwiches All-Rounder, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

Food Preparation (BOH): Assisting with prep work, following standardized recipes to prepare ingredients, meats, and sauces consistently.

Line Assembly & Service: Slicing, filling, and assembling banh mi with speed and precision during peak lunch rushes.

Customer Service (FOH): Welcoming customers, taking orders accurately via our POS system, and handling payments.

Maintain Quality & Cleanliness: Keeping the kitchen, counter, and dining areas spotless, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.

What we are looking for:

Speed and Efficiency: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep your cool when the lunch rush hits.

Great Communication:



Fluent English to interact warmly with our local customers and communicate clearly with the team.

Reliability & Commitment: Punctual, proactive, and looking for a stable, long-term position.

Experience: Prior experience in fast food, cafes, or sandwich prep is highly regarded, but a strong work ethic is most important.

Availability: Available for fixed rosters between Monday and Friday (daytime).
