Bendigo Hybrid Fitness is looking for an energetic, reliable and motivating Gym Coach to lead group training classes and help build a strong community culture inside our gym.

About the Role
You will:
Coach and lead group fitness classes
Demonstrate exercises with correct technique
Motivate and support members of all fitness levels
Create a welcoming and high-energy training setting
Assist members with movement corrections and modifications
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym floor
Build strong relationships with members and encourage retention
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III minimum with Crossfit methods highly regarded
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
Strong communication and people skills
Confidence leading groups
Reliable, punctual and professional presentation
Passion for health, fitness and community
Experience coaching functional fitness, strength or conditioning classes is highly regarded
