Job description
We are looking for an amazing Spa Therapist to join our team at Lan Spa, a busy 5-star luxury day spa in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The position available at present is for a casual/part-time Spa Therapist. The successful candidates must be able to work a variety of flexible schedule, weekday evening / including Saturday and Sunday (as well as over the holiday period). The Ideal candidate must have a warm and positive attitude, presents well, and be self motivated and able to work unsupervised.
THIS JOB ROLE INCLUDES:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Performing a range of services for customers including massage therapy, facial treatments, body scrubs and wraps
- Thorough understanding of spa menu to perform all treatments to highest standards and ability to offer/up-sell guests different treatments
- Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted
- Collaborate with the rest of the Spa team to keep all work areas clean and create pleasant surroundings for guests

- Excellent customer service & communication
- Positive, enthusiastic friendly manner/attitude
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Must have the ability to create a positive working relationship with others
- Must be formally trained in the treatments/therapies Lan Spa offers
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
You will receive on the job training with a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within the company. MUST have valid working rights in Australia and previous experience as a Spa or Massage therapist and must be located in Australia currently.
Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
