About the role:

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, in Narellan NSW.

About you:

The successful candidate will:

- Delivering high-quality care within the scope of NDIS supports
- Provide Personal Care in home settings
- Following vital care plans in pace
- Monitoring participants’ health and responding to changes in clinical needs
- Community Access
- Active listening
- Flexible shifts some short

Essential criteria:

✅ Proven experience in disability, aged care, community health, Mental Health

✅ Strong understanding of NDIS framework and person-centred care
✅ Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
✅ Valid Police Check, WWCC,



and NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ COVID-19 vaccination (as per government mandate)

Desirable Skills:

- Complex personal care.
- Safe manual handling and transfers.
- Supporting participants who use prosthetic limbs.
- Medication assistance and insulin support (where appropriately trained).
