Cardinia Lakes Early Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team.

About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality kindergarten program while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Working alongside our Centre Director and Educational Leader, you will create engaging learning experiences and help foster a positive, inclusive culture for children, families and educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a high-quality, play-based kindergarten program aligned with the VEYLDF and National Quality Framework.
- Plan and implement engaging educational experiences that support children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess and document children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Collaborate with educators to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and service excellence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) OR GD




- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inspiring young children
