NUVIO FOODS S.A. is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director to lead the company's Australian operations and support the expansion of its premium dairy business into Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the Australian business, developing commercial partnerships, overseeing operations, and implementing the company's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the establishment and growth of NUVIO FOODS' Australian operations.
- Develop and execute the company's Australian business strategy.
- Identify and negotiate strategic commercial partnerships.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting and operational management.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory requirements.




- Report to the Board of Directors and provide strategic leadership.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Engineering, Food Science or a related discipline.
- Extensive senior executive leadership experience.
- Experience leading food manufacturing or FMCG businesses.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing international growth strategies.
- Solid commercial, financial and strategic management skills.
- Experience working with cross-border operations and international stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
