Barista / All Rounder | 3-4 Days a Week | Robina Town Centre

We’re a small, family-run café and patisserie located in Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast, known for our hand-made pastries, bagels, and Blackboard Specialty Coffee. We’re passionate about quality, community, and creating a fun, friendly environment for both our team and our customers.

We’re currently looking for an experienced barista to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong coffee skills – dialing in, specialty espresso, filter, cold brew, etc.
- Ability to work quickly and confidently in a busy environment
- Focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team attitude

We go through around 50 kg of coffee each week,



so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills and grow with us.
