The Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our Housekeeping team.
Your work helps ensure that every guest arrives to a clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented workplace.
We have opportunities in two areas:
Room Attendant
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard
- Ensure rooms are spotless and welcoming for arriving guests
- Restock amenities and report maintenance issues
Public Area Attendant
- Maintain cleanliness across shared guest spaces including lobbies, venues, corridors, restrooms and outdoor areas
- Ensure all areas remain tidy, safe and well presented throughout the day
Shifts and Hours
- Shifts are generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm
- Most work is during weekdays, with some weekend shifts required during busy periods
Due to our location on Tamborine Mountain, reliable transport is required.

- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential — training will be provided.
