Paste Crew Olympic Dam

The Role

We are currently seeking applications to join our Paste Fill Crew team working at Olympic Dam. This is a FIFO role with a 14 days on and 14 days off roster and will have a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.

Duties include but not limited to;

- Installation of Paste Reticulation and associated equipment.
- Operation of underground mobile plant including light vehicles, IT's and flatbed trucks.
- Paste Wall Construction
- Operation of Hand-Held Rock drills.




- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among team members.
- Working in various capacities both underground and on the surface
- Other duties as directed by the Leading Hand or Pastefill Coordinator.

About you

- Experience underground or in a similar role is preferred however, on the job training is provided.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a plant operating environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Current police clearance or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctual.
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Smoke free and clean-shaven site.
