The Role
We are excited to share a fantastic development opportunity within our Category team.
This role is designed to give emerging talent hands on exposure across multiple areas of the business, supporting day to day operations and contributing to meaningful projects that shape our brands and retailer partnerships. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in FMCG, category management, sales support or marketing.

About the role:

- Work closely with the Sales, Category and Marketing teams to use data and insights about shoppers, consumers, and categories to support the development of category strategies and growth opportunities.
- Help build strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and supporting the creation of customer focused category recommendations.
- Assist in developing Point of Purchase (POP) insights and recommendations in the grocery channel.
- Support the category review process by preparing performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to range and space recommendations.
- Contribute to annual business planning by assisting with category, channel, and brand activities and key initiatives.




- Work collaboratively with retailers through joint business planning to help identify opportunities for category and account growth.
- Monitor category and product performance, including competitor activity, to help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support to the NPD process by helping gather insights, shaping product objectives, and assisting with go to market preparation.

Who we’re looking for:

- You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Interested in FMCG, sales, marketing, category or commercial analytics
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with data and insights
- A strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Team-oriented and able to build strong working relationships
