Outgoing and service-driven? Brooklyn Donuts & Coffee Co. seeks a motivated Front of House Team Member for our vibrant new venue. Join us as we build an amazing team for our fun, fast-paced café!

Position: Customer Service / Front of House Team Member

Location: Brooklyn Donuts & Coffee Co.

Hours: Flexible 20–35 hours per week (based on your availability and performance)

What You'll Bring to the Table:

- A genuine love for hospitality and making customers smile.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar fast-paced customer service role.
- A natural ability to engage with guests and create memorable, positive interactions.
- Confidence in crafting delicious frappes and handling customer orders with efficiency, accuracy, and care.
- Strong attention to detail, taking pride in your personal presentation and maintaining a clean, inviting workspace.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude – you're ready to jump in and help wherever needed!




- Commitment to upholding cleanliness and food safety procedures.
- The ability to stay calm, precise, and friendly, especially during our busiest peak periods.
- You genuinely like people – a bright smile and outstanding energy are key ingredients here!
