Position: Solid Plasterer, full-time

Australian Precast Installs Pty Ltd (API) is a leading precast concrete installation company based in Unanderra, NSW. Specialising in the installation of precast concrete panels and structures, API has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, safety, and reliability across commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects throughout Sydney and the Illawarra.

Due to continued business growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, API is seeking an experienced Solid Plasterer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Duties

· Apply plaster, render, and finishing coats to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

· Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and applying bonding materials.

· Mix and apply plastering materials to required specifications.

· Repair and maintain existing plasterwork.

· Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.

· Measure, mark, and install decorative mouldings, cornices, and other plaster features according to project requirements.

Qualification,



Experience and Skills Required

· Certificate III in Solid Plastering

· At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· Proven experience applying solid plaster, cement render, and decorative finishes.

· Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality plaster finishes.

· Experience repairing and restoring plastered surfaces.

· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication and time-management skills.

· Construction White Card and current driver's licence are essential.
