What You'll Do:

- Bring your own spark to nature-based, play-driven learning.
- Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and our unique philosophy.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and fellow educators.
- Embrace professional growth with regular feedback, mentoring, and training.
- Contribute to a team culture that values reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Be responsive to each child’s needs and interests, with a strong focus on inclusion and positive guidance.

What We’re Looking For:





- A bold and capable educator with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Someone who’s not afraid to try new things or step into leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the NQF and early childhood theorists.
- A commitment to high-quality practice and lifelong learning.
- Part time or Full-time availability on a rotating roster and flexible in age groups.
- Appropriate qualifications, First Aid, CPR, and WWCC, Geccko training
