About the Role

About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Plan,



deliver and evaluate play-based educational programs in accordance with the EYLF.
- Observe, assess and document children’s learning and development.
- Prepare suitable learning environments and activities.
- Work directly with children and communicate their progress with parents and families.
- Actively build and influence a high-performing team culture.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Work alongside the Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Act as Responsible Person when required.
- Lead, mentor, and coach educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Drive a culture of critical reflection and continuous improvement across all rooms.

About You

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and inspire educators
- Sound understanding of compliance, regulations, and service operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident documentation and computer skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused leadership style
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,000.00 – $93,500.00 per year
