Position Details:

- 1-2 days per week
- Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

- Wound care and pressure injury management
- Medication administration and documentation
- Monitoring and maintaining participants general health
- Bowel care and personal hygiene support
- Assistance with bed sores and skin integrity
- Collaborating with participants, families and support teams

Requirements:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check & First Aid/CPR
- Experience with community nursing or NDIS participants is highly desirable
- Experience with Schedule 8 Medication

Pay: $50.00 – $52.00 per hour
