Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated PTE and IELTS Trainer to join our Sydney branch. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English, excellent teaching skills, and a proven track record of helping students achieve their target scores. This role requires in-person teaching and occasional administrative tasks to support students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective PTE / IELTS / General training sessions in person.
- Develop customized lesson plans and materials to meet students’ needs.
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed feedback to help students improve.
- Assist students in achieving their desired scores (PTE 90 or IELTS Band 8+).
- Create and deliver live/online videos on social media platforms to engage with students.
- Maintain student records, track progress, and provide regular updates.
- Call students to follow up on their progress or schedule appointments.

Requirements:

- PTE exam with a score of 79+ or Superior or the IELTS exam with a score of Band 7+ in each module
- Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TESOL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a PTE / IELTS Trainer
- Strong understanding of PTE and IELTS exam formats,



scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies (big plus)

Skills:

- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Ability to create engaging live/online videos for social media platforms.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in person at our Sydney Branch
- Flexibility to assist with administrative tasks when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in creating interactive online content (e.g., videos, webinars).
- Familiarity with social media platforms for educational purposes.
- Knowledge of additional languages (optional).
