Omni Recruit is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Entry Level Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wetherill Park.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. No previous machine operating experience is required – full training will be provided. A current LF Forklift Licence is essential, however, this is not a forklift operating role. The licence is required as part of the position, with forklift use only occurring occasionally if needed.

Your Responsibilities

- Learn to safely operate production machinery
- Assist with band saw operations (full training provided)




- Load materials into machines
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work workplace
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

✅ What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Please note: This is a Machine Operator position, not a forklift driving role
- A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable transport
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse or machine operating experience is advantageous, but not essential
