Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About the Role:

Territory: ENGADINE and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited to Engadine, Sutherland, Miranda, Sylvania, Brighton-le-sands and Caringbah.

Hours: Average of 20 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday & Thursday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.





Successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
- Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
