About You

You are someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification.
- Has experience working in Australian Long Day Care.
- Has a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard.
- Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Enjoys following children's interests and extending their learning through play.
- Takes pride in creating engaging learning environments.
- Is reflective, motivated and committed to continually improving your practice.
- Works collaboratively and contributes positively to a supportive team culture.
