The Role:

- 2 month contract for parental leave cover - can be Part Time OR Full Time
- Perform activities associated with originations, underwriting, account management and collections across the credit life cycle of our customers.
- Perform necessary credit and regulatory checks as required.
- Continue to build on and improve our operational processes and procedures and be a key stakeholder in the development of technical solutions to improve our efficiency.
- Provide expertise in credit decisioning, recommending deals for approval or decline.




- Prepare and review credit applications including comprehensive analysis of bank statements & application financials.
- Work across different platforms and systems - CRM, email inbox, internal portals, Creditorwatch, FrankieOne and SimpleKYC to name a few.

Ideally, you will have

- Must have experience with unsecured lending products, ideally within credit operations or credit risk function with another financial institution.
- At least 3+ years work experience in credit assessment and operational support roles within the Financial Services Industry.
- An in-depth understanding of AML/CTF and KYC compliance requirements.
- Proven experience working in a task-driven, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
- Full Australian working rights are required for this role
