What will you be doing?

- Supporting client-centred daily living (personal care, meals, mobility, meds)
- Joining in on social and recreational activities
- Building genuine connections with clients and their families
- Keeping records and making sure the home is safe, clean, and welcoming

What are we looking for?

- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or similar)
- First Aid + CPR, Driver’s Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC)




- Someone willing to do a variety of shifts, including actives
- Experience with hoisting / manual handling
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, client and team attitude
- Experience in disability support is a plus, but passion and people skills matter most
