The Role: Full-Time Team Lead

You will operate a corporate service vehicle, run a daily mobile route, and lead a part-time assistant during peak hours. This is a permanent position with a clear 2-to-5-year path to Level 3 Expert status.

Responsibilities

- Execute: Complete high-standard residential and commercial cleans using our mandatory system.
- Manage: Maintain the company vehicle and equipment in pristine condition daily.
- Lead: Guide your team partner and run mandatory quality audits on every job.
- Solve: Handle minor site issues independently before escalating to management.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Licence: Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean record.
- Work Rights: Full, permanent legal right to work in Australia.
- Fitness: Physically capable of continuous lifting, bending, and manual labour.

Cleaning Services Award 2020 rates (Up to $1,119.10 weekly base pay), overtime, penalty rates, Superannuation, and Long Service Leave from Day 1.
